    This company should not be in business. They are fraudulent with false advertising images. Their raw dig food when thawed is bloody and disgusting, yet they do not display this in their images. False advertising images js fraudulent. I paused my subscription because my husband refuses to feed bloody food to my dog. Yet the billed my card an created a shipping label. I requested for it to be cancelled and refunded. They refused stating it had shipped. I suggested they contact the shipper and have it re routed back to them. They refused. I chatted with the carrier and the carrier is rerouting back to the seller. Informed the. And they still refused to refund saying for health reasons they will take it back. So guess for health reasons it’s unsafe for dog too. I demand a refund and apology. This company needs to be put out of business. Horrible and fraudulent

    Their website links occasionally glitch, not saving your updates for pausing or canceling the subscription so customers are paying for shipments they don't want. On the customer end, they see the subscription was updated to pause or cancel, but the company claims they cannot see it. I think that the problem is the individual account links that customers get in a email saying that their shipment will be sent unless they want to cancel or place it on hold. This link is supposed to direct them to the website but for some reason does not properly link up and the information is not saved. Some people have had to cancel their credit cards to get the company to stop charging them. The company will not take responsibility for this and they just reply back to the customer that the customer did not update their account. No matter which review site you go to, there are reviews stating how the company charged them and sent their shipments anyway, though the customer says they updated the subscription. Instead of checking into this issue at all, they refuse responsibility. They get high reviews because the product is good, but as soon as you have a customer service issue, that's really when you see their bad service practices in action.
