    I am filing this complaint regarding Isaac Waters of Recovery Frameworks, who abruptly discontinued our counseling sessions without any explanation or notice. After months of productive sessions, I was left without support or closure, which was both distressing and professionally irresponsible.
    Despite multiple attempts to contact him via phone, text and email to understand the reason for the sudden termination, I received no response. I later called Recovery Frameworks to inquire if he was still employed there and if he was OK, and I was apprised that he is still there and not ill. I was not informed of any change in availability, scheduling, or referral to another provider. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially in a therapeutic relationship where trust and continuity are essential.
    I am requesting that the counselor provide a formal explanation for the termination of services and, if no longer practicing, offer appropriate referrals or guidance. I also urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter to ensure that other clients are not similarly affected.
