      One drop several high-end garments off for cleaning. Received 4/5 garments back without issue, although one of the garments was returned to me with chemical stains/damage, that was not on the garment upon dropping off for service.

      Spoke with store employee on two occasions, and the employee suggested a re-do cleaning on the shirt. Attempts that were unsuccessful in removing the stain/damage in which occurred in the service providers care. The employee suggested I speak with the manager on the following day (11/30) regarding the stains which I did. Upon speaking with the manager, The Manager(Lance) shared that he plays chemicals on the shirt, which should have never been a part of the process to begin with, as indicated on garment care instructions. The Manager stated “ he was not going to go around in circles with me” speaking about the incident, and that he was not going to attempt to clean the garment or rectify the situation, because he didn’t feel he was responsible. I simply asked if we could come to a resolution or figure out how to rectify the situation, and I both times the manager decline any support and trying to right this wrong, at which point I stated “I would handle it from here”, and he stated, “good luck”. I just want my garment repaired to the condition in which it was dropped off in, or the piece replace as it is a fairly expensive item, that I’ve cared for immensely. Thank you for you assistance.
