    As best I know, this company has preformed no work for me or any of my companies. However, they continue to send me invoices and include penalty interest on a monthly basis. I would be happy to pay for services provided; however, this company seems unable / unwilling to provide me any explanation or evidence of services provided despite multiple requests (Email - 2/8/2022, phone call - 1/10/2022, and others that I did not document as well).

    We provided services to ***** ******* from July 10th 2019 – August 4th 2020 providing customer service to existing and
    prospective guests.

    Our primary contact for the account was ****** *******, please see
    the attached for a copies of the service agreements with ***** *******.

    We were in contact with ****** until April 2021 trying to resolve the balance when she became unresponsive.

    We picked up communication with ******* and ********* in May 2022 with no reply to any documentation forwarded.

    I've attached some of the correspondence from the same time period in 2022 providing a copy of their signed service agreement and billing history in an attempt to settle their past due account. 

    They were submitted to ******** for collections after failure to respond to calls and emails to resolve the balance on Oct 5th 2022. 

    Due to the open balance on the account they continue to receive invoice and past due notices monthly, which unfortunately I'm not showing no response to since 2022.

    We are happy to work with them to resolve this balance.

    This is the documentation that I was looking for and speaks to the original question of did CallExperts every actually have a relationship with our companies. Now that we have opened up communication, I'd like to get this fully resolved. My request now is: (i) is there an amount that Call Experts is willing to settle for? (ii) how can we get that paid?
