    I have attached a screenshot of our messaging with the customer, who stated that the charge was reversed by the bank. We also responded and helped her throughout the issue. At the end of the ticket, the customer mentioned that she was happy with the charge falling off.

    Product purchased no longer needed, went to RMS Beauty website to get refund, their websites has two options Refund or Credit, tried multiple times to activate a refund on the website and it did not work, sent multiple of emails to RMS Beauty customer service about issue with no response,
    I went back to their website and try a refund again to no avail so I hit the Credit button, that work.
    Wrote to RMS Beauty and explained that, that option was not my intended one, they responded saying; “sorry you already got the credit option it cannot be change”
    I truly believe this company is not refunding your money on purpose and their website is set up to work to their benefits. Short of a scam, you buy, you do not get your money back.

    Mr. ******** contacted RMS to return an item that was purchased. The item he purchased was from the RMS "Secret Stash", which means that per our policy, it is only eligible for exchange for store credit and not refund to the original payment amount.

    Mr. ******** was upset by this fact and reached out for a refund. Our team reviewed and determined that Mr. ******** had already completed the store credit process and had received a gift card for this return, which could not be canceled. To further assist Mr. ********, our team additionally refunded his full payment amount.

    This means that through his process, Mr. ******** received a gift card for his purchase, had his original amount refunded (despite being against our policy), and also was able to keep the product he attempted to return.

    RMS does not feel that they have wronged Mr. ******** in any way and neither should the BBB.

    I bought $240 worth of products from this website. I returned several of the products over 3 weeks ago, but the company claims they never received it. They refuse to give me my refund even though I followed their exact directions and mailed the products back to them.

    I attached an image of my receipt from my RMS beauty order, as well as my USPS tracking receipt. I also attached a screenshot of the return directions that I followed. 

    Additional details: 

    - The return was approved on 10/31/23

    - The return items were sent to the company on 11/8/23

    - The company received the items on 11/10/23

    - Follow up emails to inquire about why I have not received my refund: sent on 11/29/23 and 11/30/23

    - A third follow up email was sent on 12/6/23

    - No return has been processed and no response was received as of 12/7/23

    I returned an order to this company over a month ago once it had been approved. It has yet to be processed and I have attempted to contact them via email 12+ times, left 3 voicemails and even sent a message via Instagram. No one responds or acknowledges a single correspondence.
