"This company will tell you lies to get the business and then never return a phone call- that's if youare able to get them on the phone. I was signed up for ADT- they were to buy out my contract withmy old company-I had 4years on my contract so they never did buy me out-nor does ADT buy outcontracts-per ADT- my old system was put back in- this company also stole my old system equipment- They charged me 4-17-24 $98 for two months- put system in 3/15/24- old system back 4/20/24 I also paid my old company for their system-and they were still monitoring me wanting toknow why they had no signal from my house- ADT sending bills i'm behind and there system hasbeen sitting in a chair in my den since 4/20/24-but yet they bill me for what- I have been calling to get a refund and for them to pick up the system." ...
