    Never. I repeat, never use Eye Associates of Cayce. This place is a joke. My first clue should have been when I went for my eye exam. First, it took them several minutes to greet me, even with two females sitting there. Shortly after arriving for an appointment, an older lady came behind me and said she was there checking on her glasses that were ordered "30 days ago." They knew the lady by name and asked her to have a seat while they checked. They proceeded to talk about the lady as I stood there. "I sure hope those glasses are here. She has been driving me crazy" one worker said to the other. For the record, the glasses were there. My question is, if she was driving you crazy, why wouldnt the customer have been called as soon as they came in?
    The eye exam at this facility went great. It was quick and thorough. After the exam, I went to pick out a pair of frames. The lady that works that portion of the office was nice and helpful. It has been 6 weeks now and not a single person from that office has called me to give me an update on the glasses that were ordered on March 7th. We are going on 6 weeks now. I have called many times, maybe 15 and have only had someone answer the phone 3 times. Each time, the female tells me "oh you're in that 15 to 20 business day range. I will have my office manager call you when she comes back in the office." Really? Havent got a call yet. And I havent received my glasses yet. This place is unorganized. I told them the last day I called them that I was on the verge of calling my insurance company for them to request a refund. Still, no calls. That's bad business in my eyes! Do business with them and see if you get excuses or solutions, but dont say I didnt warn you. Quick to take your money, but not to provide you your product.
