      I'm very disappointed with this company. Even though this company preferred for you to email sometimes you need to get on the phone to speak with someone because sometimes it gets confusing with emails excpeclly when you have to continue to send an email and NO one is responding back then when this company decides to get back it's a generates message I ordered several sets from this company and like what I ordered I was even able to speak with someone on the phone at one time y'all just made everything really difficult for a lot of us it's hard trying to get a hold of someone. To make things easier for your costumers and maybe you send the return label in the
      Package then that way if something doesn't fit right or you just don't like we have the label inside
      Of going through all these generated messages. But I'm done I can't be going
      Through all this and not able to speak with someone. Still haven't
      Received my return label. I have to look into other companies that
      Doesn't take you through all this I'm very disappointed thought I was a good
      Customer but it doesn't matter

We responded to your emails within 1 business day. As our policy states, we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning their packages.
