5 starsGabe H*** and Don B******, Cantey technicians were great and very informative. Both explained things and respective my questions and opinions. They took their time and were inspected everything in detail. They also took pictures and videos of issues they found and explained each one. Great job. They asked if I had any questions or concerns.

5 starsCannery installed some floor supports for us back in 2022 and again in 2023. Today Donald (Donnie) ******* came out to inspect the previous work to make sure no adjustments were needed. He was very courteous. He conducted the inspection after giving me some of his background. After the inspection was done, he advised me of some additional support that would be needed because we are having a kitchen remodel done and installing an island. He explained the additional weight would eventually lead to the floor sagging. He didn’t push to have the work done but just explained it to me. He’s a professional inspector and I’m thankful he took his time and answered all the questions I had. Cantey is lucky to have him on their team.Review fromRobert S

5 starsPreston Wages of Cantey did an excellent job replacing my basement dehumidifier on the same day as his visit! The unit failed after 4 years, but was within the warranty. He is also working with me on the floor jacks which were installed years ago. Preston is an outstanding representative for the company, helpful every step of the way!Cantey Foundation Specialists

5 starsRecently had Cantey Foundation Specialist come by and do a maintenance visit (jack adjustments)- Alex B***** was the service man doing the work. I got to be honest, I have mixed feelings about Cantey services, however Alex is a straight up guy. Super professional, on time for the appt, took the time to talk with us about service being performed, and did the work in a super timely manner. He also suggested some preventative maintenance on a sun porch that was installed years ago. This I might add, was not an easy sell, as mentioned earlier, I have mixed feelings about Cantey Services. That being said, after talking with Alex, listening to his suggestions, we agreed the service was a good idea.
Contract was drawn up and explained fully, work was scheduled, and completed as promised, (and BTW, the crew that actually did the work also did a super fine and professional job).
All in all, working with Alex has been a super pleasant experience.Cantey Foundation Specialists

5 starsVery professional company, very thorough in their assessments and recommendations. Their technicians are respectful and knowledgeable and have done an incredible job installing the jacks under our house and encapsulating our crawlspace. 25 year warranty and automatic annual maintenance/adjustment/inspection after installation is also a huge plus. I recently had annual maintenance done on dehumidifiers and drainage systems they installed several years ago. Would give special recognition to Angel Maldonado, who serviced my property this year.
