    I can not give a rating. My experience with this company was horrible in every capacity. I have video footage and I have never been granted an audience with the owner even though I requested it several times. I have had issues with this vehicle from the start. I feel this company preys on consumers who have credit problems. Very rude and I was warned by a previous employee that they are prejudice and I have been collecting documentation from other buyers whom have the same if not worse degree of issues .

    This customer purchased her vehicle from Auto Connection of Boiling Springs on 6/3/2022 with 154,284 miles. She has owned her vehicle for approximately 2 1/2 years. In that time she has driven 46,992 miles. Her vehicle currently has 201,276 miles on it. During her ownership, we have serviced the vehicle 2 times. The 1st time was a week after purchase for a tire balance, loose glove box and an issue with the seat track. All issues were corrected and the customer was not charged. We did not see the vehicle for service again until January of 2024 at which time it had been driven 32,051 miles. At that time the repairs totaled $757.71 of which the customer paid $200 of and we allowed her to finance the remaining balance interest free. Now a year later, her vehicle was towed in because it cut off and would not restart. In order to get it running, we found that the intake had cracked and the timing chain was broken and made the customer aware that there could be other underlying issues once repaired. Once the repairs were completed, we found the engine to have low compression and our recommendation was to replace the engine. The customer would like to take the vehicle elsewhere because she believes she can have the engine replaced for less money. We have no problem releasing the vehicle, but she has a repair bill for work that has been completed which she agreed to have done, but does not want to pay for it now. That is why after being a satisfied customer with us for 2 1/2 years, she is just now making false claims that we are somehow prejudice and predatory. We are neither of those. We are just a company that does not work for free and she is a customer who simply owes for services rendered and she does not need an audience with the owner to be told that.
