    March 2022, contact was made with Best Glass & Mirror. They arrived as scheduled, measured and offered an option for two door side panels which was exactly what we wanted. An estimate was given to us over the phone and approval for the work was given - all this took place before the end of March. Was told it would ***********-8 weeks. That wasn't a problem. That time came and went. Called and was told they had another job they needed to finish before they could work on mine. This same type of phone call went on until December. My husband gave them an ultimatum. Either be here on the date scheduled (December now) or we will cancel the job. Didn't show up and didn't call. My husband finally told them to cancel the order. We would go elsewhere. After almost 9 months of wasted time, we finally realized that the only thing we would get out of Best Glass and Mirror would be excuses. Contacted another company, they came out next day, estimate sent, and work will start in two weeks.
