in 2021 i had water damage to my home due to some issues with a half wall of stucco on the deck above the garage. when ****** ********** took the job he was told to fix everything and do what it takes so that the problem will never happen again. i was assured this would be done and was told the work would have a *********** work was done more damage was found. even though it was thousands more i told him to just fix it, fix it all, if it is not 100% rip it out and make ********** 2025, still within the warranty period, the house had repeat damage. damage was found in the same areas that spring construction had completely repaired in 2021. there was another large area damaged from water coming in from the guardrails around the deck above the garage. these guardrails had been removed and reinstalled as part of the repairs. part of the deck was repaired and then the entire deck resealed. when i contacted spring construction about this repeat damage i was told that only the stucco had a warranty and the stucco was fine. so none of the other work was covered? what kind of waranty is that? the walls down to the very studs were once again wet and rotted, but those were not covered?? reapair and remediation was what i asked to be done and what i was told would be done. when work was completed NOTHING was said about a need for additional services. the problem centered around two kick outs for drainage. neither was adequately repaired. also, i had to call them back to fix a few things, to include drainage in one of the problem areas. if a company does ****** repairs and offers a warranty then that warranty should cover all work. i was led to belive all problems were solved. not one word was said about the possibility of needing additional work, such as gutters. the work was done quickly. the workers very professional. it looked beautiful. but what good is that when the problem was not fixed?

Spring Construction was contracted to repair part of a wall due to a leak. The bid stated that they would complete several items, including resealing a window (which did not get done). Once they started, it became apparent that a lot of the work would not be necessary as the leak did not cause as much damaged as expected. I ended up being charged for work they didn't perform and materials they did not provide. They also left the job site a mess with nails left all over the ground that I had to pick up. One of the workers even entered my house twice without my permission looking for an outlet. He even moved some of my furniture without moving it back. I did ask several times to see the work before the siding was replaced but my requests fell on deaf ears. I wasn't even told that the job had been completed. I spoke with ****** **********, the owner, about this. He first offered me $100 but that was never sent. The call with ****** did not go well, he ended up getting very upset, called my handyman an idiot, constantly interrupted me and hung up on me. He also sent me an anonymous text after everything was done that I felt was meant to be taunting.
