    I have been trying to work with her but for weeks now but I keep getting excuses and promises. I ordered 2 shirts for my husband and I. Got the wrong size for one of them.. she keeps making excuses instead of sending the right size. I even told her I’d send the wrong size back as my husband cannot wear it. I would not recommend her to anyone. The time/event has passed that I really needed the shirts for.

    Customer had multiple means to contact me and even admitted she should have versus writing all these reviews on various platforms. Customer refund for wrong size shirt has been processed. Waiting on my return merchandise.

    I tried my hardest to handle this without the messiness of FB because that definitely isn’t my character but Sinetra Johnson you did your big one this time!!!!!!!!! I reached out to you and asked if it was too late to order items for my daughters graduation and you said no. I paid you in full $200+ dollars at that moment of placing my order because i trusted that you’d deliver however I was wrong! My daughter graduated 5/21 today is 5/31 and I have yet to receive the rest of my order. Graduation day we met up for you just to tell me you didn’t have all my order yes I was pissed however I still reached out as a woman and told you I understand how life can be and would get the rest of the order later. At this point I feel like I’m begging for items I’ve paid you for and now you’ve stop answering phone calls, text, and inbox. The crazy thing is you told me you’ve been busy this week, but sweetheart that has nothing to do with this order that’s been due. You’ve told me day after day I’ll have your order that day or the next and I still don’t have it then yesterday when I finally told you I wanted a refund you stated my order was finished you’d give it to me yesterday or you would take a loss and refund me my money(but I think I’m the one who has took the loss) smh!!!!
    Oh yeah you also texted me and said your husband was gonna deliver yesterday so I gave you my 90+ yr old grandma’s address to deliver too because she always at home, but I guess he got lost on the way in lil ole Blacksburg cause guess what still no order.
    I called you this morning before even making this post to see what was up as usual no answer!
    All I wanted was my order or the items I ordered???????
    I’ve support your business and I know you dont care to lose my business cause if you did your actions would’ve been much different however I hope this enlightens someone else in the future!!!!!

    We already handled this and I thought it has been settled and resolved yet you keep making post and leaving reviews. You have the right to do so but it seems to be overkill at this point. If your goal is to destroy my name and business due to an honest error and lack of correct planning., then I pray against that. I accepted accountability for this and moved on. You stated your piece on ** 5/31 and now on here. Again it has been a lesson learned for us both as you stated on your above post.
