    We contracted with Lowco pools in October of 2024 for a pool, patio and screen room. The original contract was for approximately $60,000. there were some changes made that added an additional time $5000 for pavers and upgrades. We were promised it would be done by Christmas 12/25/24 because we had family coming to visit. There were some delays and we understood but everything went down hill after they started. Once the pool was installed we were supposed to have the screen room put over it but they could not find anyone to do the work. This was a surprise because I was told they do all thier own work but they were subbing this out. after about 6 weeks I had to find a screen installer because I stop getting any communication from Lowco. The screen installer wanted About 5500 to finish the job and would try to use the materials Lowco had drooped off. Well that was not an option because the materials were damaged and wrong. Lowco did give an adjustment of approximately $3200 as that was supposed to be the final payment. They have yet to address a number of issues and the work was sub par. The pool is separating from the patio, the stair railing is crooked, the basket holder on the return has exposed concrete and I have been told that the water will deteriorate the concrete over time, the pavers are uneven and has large gaps where the sand either settled or was never done plus other little fixes not taken care of. I have tried over 20 times to have them back and either no return call or missed appointments. They haven't even called in for the final inspection after 5 request. I will have to get multiple people to du the repairs and a few have already told me they would not touch it due to the quality of the work.
