    Hired Enmanuel L*** on Aug. 18th, 2023. He supplied me with an estimate of four different jobs, totaling $14,500.00. He started with the paint project, $4700.00. He had two different crews in to do the painting. The paint job was half done, trash was left on my deck and he promised to make the corrections, in which he has not. On Aug. 18th I paid him $1200, 25% to get started. The second crew came to finish the job, very unprofessional with no supervision from Enmanuel. I had to text and call him with no success most of the time. He requested $4200.00 on Aug. 30th and said he would start on the Laundry room the next day. I paid the $4200.00 thinking the $700.00 ($5400 paid – $4700 paint project cost) would go toward the Laundry room project. I text and called him on Sept. 1st and the next day with no response. This went on until Sept 11th. He texted back and said he would call me right back. I have not heard anything from him since then. I agreed to the $4700 for the paint job, although it was a terrible job. But i would like to have the $700 overpayment back. I have sent him an email and text with pictures, asking for my overpayment and my key back. Still no response.
