He said he was licensed in ************, ************** as a license. Mover and I went to ************ with the paper he gave me. They said he wasnt legally licensed in ************ and then I asked him if he could verify his license and then he just wouldnt answer my calls or verify the license I paid him $100 cash app to his wife like he instructed me if you look at the pictures from the text messages he sent me says to pay his wife the hundred dollars ***** ***** Cash app her $100. I hired him after the last mover I hired disappeared on me. He swore he didn't care if he made money off me or not taking my project of moving my trailer was about doing the right thing. I signed his contracts gave him 1600 deposit that was on Feb 21st thereabouts. Prior to giving him money he answered my calls and texts promptly. He knew I was in a time crunch that I lived with an abusive person that only rescinded eviction papers because he got into legal trouble so I needed the trailer moved before those troubles were resolved in case he was only allowing me to move trailer to property he was willing to give my daughter because he might go to jail. ***** stopped answering my texts as often he kept giving reason after reason why it was taking so long kept making promises it would be moved soon. Then he claimed the frames had to be replaced that he went through my deposit so I gave him more money but then he supposedly had both frames for replacement but he stopped replying weeks went by and it was now the end of June I became fed up the previous owner was threatening to demolish so I told ************ wanted my trailer moved or else when he ignored that I told him I wanted my money back all my money and if he spend any of it I wanted to see receipts he refused to show receipts he claimed he would give a partial refund but I have yet to see a dime. So I am out ******* and the previous owner is out of patience and I don't know if I am going to be able to get the money to hire someone else before the previous owner says that's it times up. If that happens I will have lost my only chance at a home of my own that I can afford and it will be all this business's fault. I don't believe he ever even found rust on the frames I think those were lies he told to use as excuse as to why he hadn't moved it yet. SCAMMER!!! SCAMMER!!! My husband and I reached out to him about moving our mobile home. He quoted us $10000 to move mobile home from ************ to ***************. We could not get mobile home moved immediately until our land was perc. Before getting our land perc, *********** Jackson (owner) called my husband saying we needed to sign a contract and pay a deposit of $500. We sent him the $500. So we tried reaching out to him to let him know the status of our perc test. When we called his number, we got message saying person could not be reached. So we text him and he responded which caused a red flag cause what legit business person you know that you can't reach via telephone but will text back. But he text back letting us know he is not a scammer and when we are ready to get mobile home moved, he will move it. So the day came when we were finally ready to move mobile home, tried calling him and of course, could not reach him so my husband text him letting him know our land finally has been perc and we're ready to get mobile home moved. He text back saying he was glad we got everything straight and he was ready to move it and inform my husband he will call him the next day. The next day came and no call. My husband reached out to him the next day. He text back and said he will give him a callback and again no call. So we text him, asking him to just send our money back and we will go with another company. He text back and said he will go to the bank and send us our money back. GUESS WHAT, STILL NOTHING. This man is a SCAMMER AND BY READING the other reviews, I see he does this all the time, SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD WORKING MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I was promised to receive my full refund within 72 hours of signing the contract of termination of the job, I signed that contract in May 15th 2023 its now June 1st and I have not received my refund and I have contacted *********** Jackson regarding this matter several times. He barely respond to my messages and when he does he speak to me in a disrespectful manner he also has made different excuses as to why I havent received my refund. We hired Jackson Mobile Home Trans. LLC owner ***** Jackson to move a home for us. We Highly recommend to STAY AWAY!! This company is a complete joke. We hired jackson mobile home trans to move a mobile home on the 27th of March. He stated the only way we can secure that date is if we sent a $3000 deposit. We signed there contract and sent $3000. The 27th came around and he no where to be found. He had excuse after excuse. After he received money communication was terrible. When he was trying to get the deposit he was back to back messaging. I was being as patient as I could being a small business owner myself. Then we see he's moving other homes when he has no help or his truck is broken. Had to pay another moving company to move the home. Asked for my deposit back and he states he will send it back. Then next thing you know all his accounts are locked out and he cant send money. Here we are in may and no kind of communication or refund. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can. He will scam you for a deposit and you won't get it back.Initial Complaint

*********** Jackson obtained a deposit of $1800 on April 7, 2023 as a deposit to move my mobile home on April 23, 2023. When asked on a status update he kept delaying the move stating his mover was sick. He has been very spotty on communicating *** I asked for a refund due to delays and no communication. He refuses to answer the phone or return any calls or messages. My power had already been shut off for the move and it's 3 days past move date.
