Worst vet I've ever been to. Dr **** knew my Service ????? was terminally ill and he wouldn't tell me. I overheard dr **** tell a staff member that my dog wouldn't make it. Why didn't he tell the fur parents, but he didn't. He wouldn't prescribe any more dewormer. It was all about money to this place, not about my service animal. I hope to never ever go there again. My service ????? went to the Rainbow. They never even called to follow up on his condition. He is in a better place Thank God.

The client was seen on 1/6/2023, full exam, labwork, and fecal exam was performed. Fecal results showed two different parasites Hookworms and Giardia. The symptoms and progression of the parasites was severe enough that Dr. ***** offered hospitalized treatment. Owners declined hospitalization, Dr. ***** sent with oral medications--dewormer and anti-diarrheals. On 1/10/2023, owners did call back stating that the patient was not improving, we instructed them to bring the dog in so that we could recheck/re-evaluate. Owners did not bring in their dog, but showed up for different medication. Unfortunately the owners never brought in the dog for recheck or for euthanasia. We do have documentation for this case that can be sent (Exam, Diagnosis, Treatment, Estimate, and Client Communication).Review from Ashley

Horrible place i have ever went to. They have no compaction for your loved pets. Staff is beyond rude with no sympathy. They allow their employees to treat their paying customers with no respect. They mis-diagnosed my dog which cost me over $1300 in total because of their mis-diagnosis. Do not waste your time or money and go straight to Greenville. Way better services and they wont mis-treat you while your animal is on their death bed. This place also refuses treatment to anyone without any reason. Worst place and never have i dealt with such unprofessionalism before in my life. My dog was my everything and you would think a veterinarian place would understand that. This place does not. Myy dog was ran over by a car and they stated he would have a full recovery with surgery that was over $8,000; had to take him to Greenville for surgery only to find out he was paralyzed. After i paid Magnolia for visit, xrays and exams they did not realize he was paralyzed. This stuff is not cheap and they are only after peoples money. Not the care for your beloved pets.
