    Went to family auto to Traded in my truck for another truck on November 24, 2023 with a warranty, $420 a month or $230 biweekly. But ever since then, Harassing and repeatedly calling leaving messages saying I’m 2 months late with payment to clean out my truck for repossession pick up, when I’m actually only 2 or 3 days late. The amount has been different… and I had to go bring the truck in to see about a knocking when I hit the brakes in the rear end from a pothole, (which they wouldn’t fix) they refused to give me back My keys said I was over 10 days late, and I was only two days late, but they refused to give me back my keys until I made the payment that I wasn’t even supposed to be considered late on yet. And I have asked repeatedly for my contract/ agreement. They only pointed and read certain parts but still never gave me my copy said out was emailed to me. But it wasn’t. I’ve also told them 3 different times my paid period is biweekly, and they have not got me on the right one yet last, one payment said family auto and the other payments were auto acceptance. I recently lost my husband and having to work and deal with probate and attorneys with life insurance and mortgage, etc…. So, them sending me text message after text message and saying clean your car out. The repo man is on the way, scaring the crap out of me and threatening me is tearing up my nerves, trying to finger out how to get to work or my son to school. I don’t understand why when I again shouldn’t even be considered late.

    This place is a rip off I agree my boyfriend traded in... He tried to put him in a car he didn't want and only gave him two options.... When my boyfriend chose the car he wanted the prices went up and there is so many problems with it. There was over $1,300 damages on a ***** ****** 07 the warranty only covered $800 of it and he had to pay the rest needless to say he's had the car less than 2 months and there was problems when he bought it as well the warranty only covers certain things and he had to pay out of pocket for the rest as well as make a payment on the vehicle while he's getting it fixed and don't have access to it when he went in to tell Ted the person who sold him the car about the problems Ted just walked off and left it to someone else he was all for making that money and selling the car to him but he can't help now? Then I called two different times asking about the warranty and finally got told to take it to a auto shop where the $1,300 occurred. We just recently got it out now his AC doesn't work and it was perfect when it went in it still leaks oil and there was a problem with the alignment ball joint problems etc it's like they took a trade in half broke and put it on the lot without fixing it... Sold it to us on knowingly and now is our problem....
