    My truck went down in November of last year. I was having to make payments on the transmission till I got it paid for on February 21st. They got it finished on March 12th. I picked up the truck on March 13th. It went down again on May 31st. It has a ONE-year warranty on the transmission. I got it towed into their shop on June 2nd. I was told that they would have it done in two weeks since they weren't busy. I called two weeks later to see if it was done, I was told there was now 31 cars ahead of mine. August 15th, I called they told me that they were pulling it in the following week. August 22nd, I called they told it still wasn't in the shop to call back Monday. August 25th, I called and was told that they were looking at their schedule. I need my truck to take my kids to the doctor, go to the stores, and for me to have to go take pictures. I've lost so many photography clients due to not having a way to go take pictures. In total I've lost close to $400 in clients. I was told around mid-July that they would give me a call when it went in. They keep pushing my truck back because it's a warranty issue and they are not getting paid to fix it. Which if you ask me a warranty issue should come before anything else, due to keep their clients happy and coming back to them. We started our payments on the transmission in January due to Christmas.
