    I went in for a diagnostic on my car for a check engine light and was told it would be $55 to tell me what was wrong and to check why the check engine light was on. They took my car without my permission and drove it for 30 minutes all the way out highway 24 and back and did not have my permission to drive my car. I do not know the man that drove my car , he was not covered on my insurance and I find it very disrespectful to take someone's car without asking and drive it for 30 minutes. They apparently changed my oil I didn't ask them to change my oil but they did . I was told that my spark plug was too loose and they tightened it up. They cleared the check engine light and as soon as I paid $65( not $55 that I was quoted), and let the parking lot the check engine light came back on. So what was the point in driving my car for 30 minutes without my permission all the way out highway 24 and 29 and back if you didn't even fix the problem. I think customers should be aware that these people will take your car and do whatever the hell they want to without your permission. I'm very upset about it I found it very disrespectful and unnerving to know that someone I did not know was in possession of my car for 30 minutes and could have went and done a drug deal for all I know!! I have no idea what happened with my car for 30 minutes and I guess I will never know but I find this very very unsettling.. on a positive note they did change my oil and didn't charge me for it but I didn't ask them to change my oil. It's kind of like they just did whatever the hell they wanted to do and didn't fix the check engine light situation so now I have to spend today finding another shop that can tell me why my check engine lights on.
