            My wife and I contracted Ken B**** to build a deck on our house. We generated a contract and it was signed by both parties. Ken told us originally that he would complete the deck in 3 weeks. He started the construction in January and is still not complete. The agreed price of the deck was $65K in which we paid him $49K and has stopped any contact with us. He refuses to call us and will not respond to our text messages. The deck is only 20% complete and we have not received the materials or labor for the money that we have paid him so far. We will be pursuing legal action with our attorney if this cannot be settled. In order for this to be settled, we would like the remaining framing wood to be delivered to our residence and all of the deck rails delivered. The order option is for Ken B**** to reimburse us for the cost of those items in the amount of $20K. I have also found out from our ************ app, *********  that other people have also experienced the same issue with Ken B**** and have liens against him. He also has another website and business called HSBLITZ.com, in which he recruits kids for football.
