    On 05/10/2024 I attempted to return two unopened iPhones to the straight talk return center through the UPS store. My box was unsealed when I took it there, so the checkout clerk was aware what was in it. Soon after, I went on vacation. When I returned, I checked my UPS tracking number. ****************** . A label was created but UPS never received the package. I went in person to the store to check on this and supposedly a claim was started. I have also corresponded several times by email and by phone. I have been fed lip service each time. It has been over two months and I still don’t have a refund for my insured and lost items, which I truly believe were likely stolen by the clerk I initially spoke to. The UPS store transaction number is ************ . Transaction was 5/10/2025 at 10:48 am , clerk name was Justin. I have a paper trail and emails if needed. I just want my money back for the items that were lost. The BBB is my last resort before filing a police report for this and having this clerk investigated for theft. Please help. Thank you.
