Over 3 transactions I spent $2,259.80 with the company. The first purchase was on February 14th 2025 where I purchased 2 admission tickets and 1 autograph ticket for a total of $895.28. The second purchase was on May 3rd 2025 where I purchased 2 tickets for autographs and 2 tickets for selfies to a total of $340.76. The third and final purchase was on June 23rd 2025 for several tickets for autographs and selfies for a total of $1,023.76.

The tickets where for a scheduled convention in Chicago for the weekend of July 26th and 27th. This convention was an entertainment convention where several actresses and actors from different television shows and movies were going to be present for attendees to meet and with the purchase of tickets obtain autographs, selfies and photo ops. On July 15th 2025 the business was named as a defendant in a New York lawsuit due to failing to make payments on loans obtained. On July 17th the company sent out emails to attendees and made post on 1 of their social media sites (********) canceling the event. I emailed on July 17th the provided email to inquire about a refund for all purchases made. An automatic response was received asking for purchasers name, email address, and mailing address. I responded with the information requested. Since emailing I have received no correspondence or information from the company about obtaining a refund. As of July 20th, the company has shut down their website, their social media page on ** and failed to make any follow up post on their social media pages on ********* *** ********.

On July 17th I disputed the purchases through the purchasing website ********* At this time the dispute is waiting for the seller's response. ****** *s giving the company until July 28th to respond, at which time they will further review the dispute.

    VAMPIRE DIARIES CONVENTION (Oct 2022)
It was the worst experience ever…

The masquerade ball was an EPIC failure. We waited for over 3 hours in the freezing cold for a blurry picture that was rushed… the “ball” was in a small gym where the power went out once, the food was nasty hotdogs & cold nachos, no VD music (basically just a middle school dance)… a lady fell & broke her ribs because shuttles were a 4 person golf cart, and one of the big shuttles backed into a car…

Fast forward to the convention. There was no structure & no order… The lines were so confusing for the photo ops, autos, & meet and greets… You had to ask other fans which line to stand in… the photo ops were very rushed & it wasn’t because of the stars (they wanted to mingle & were super nice) the staff rushed us, SHOVED us, & were very rude. Photo quality wasn’t good (I had read eyes in my photo with Ian)… The panels were kinda boring except the major ones. So much chaos & confusion on EVERY hand! I was told Paul asked for water & they told him finish what he had and then finish autos and they’d get it for him. I talked to Paul several times and continued to apologize to him for their stupidity. He was exhausted from them putting way too much on them! Volunteers was pulling on stars arms to get them to leave their auto or panel or whatever. I seen Nate mistreated on 2 different occasions where I was within arms reach of him. The people putting on this con used it as ploy so they could get close to the stars with YOUR money. The stars cared more about us than Epic did. ******** Entertainment is much stricter, but way more organized. Not to mention I got the best pic ever with ********. As a warning, just don’t ever deal with Epic. And I mingled with a lot of fans & they all felt the same way! My sister & I said the entire weekend “We were NOT feeling epic.”

PSA: In May I will finally pay the loan off that paid for that convention. Bittersweet moment for me as I feel it wasn’t worth it all.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/04/2023

The complainant received a full refund for the masquerade, which we've provided a screenshot of proof.  She received every photo op she purchased and we are able to provide pictures from the photographer.  We are not refunding the photo ops that were received.
