    I made agreement with James H****** for gutters and new soffit boards for $3600. I PAID $1800 upfront! After I read BAD REVIEWS on his company in numerous places including ****** and BBB, I decided to request refund. JAMES REFUSED ANY REFUND. He was annoyed that I canceled the gutter job and decided not to use him as a roofer because of bad reviews. The only work he did was to look at my roof, give estimate and remove my old gutters. Then, he left our old gutters in a pile in our yard.
