      Mr Richardson replaced my roof on 12-17-2024. On 12-21-2024 I realized that the exhaust fan over my stove wasn't working when just a few days before it was. I contacted Mr Richardson, he explained that it probably just got some debris in it. He came over on a Saturday. He took the cover of the fan off and yes, there was some debris. The fan still did not work, we attempted to flip the breaker, but it did not fix it. He then disconnected the fan from the wiring and took it with him. He said that he would see what he could do and get back with me. I did not hear from him again. I eventually contacted him on 2-3-25 and again on 2-13-25. I also left a voicemail at his business phone, not sure of the date. He did not respond to either text or voicemail message. I texted again on 3-28 25 to give him another opportunity to return the fan. He did not respond. On 4-1-25 I texted that I do not want to escalate this so please call me to set up a time to return the fan. He called that day. I gave him several dates, April 10,11,12th, he responded that he would look at his schedule and let me know. I have yet to hear from him. Today is 4-10-25, I texted today to ask when he could return the fan, he did not respond. He is a pastor. I chose him for that reason. I'm so dismayed.

      We reached out to the customer directly to respond to her
      complaint.  Her fan was returned on 04/12/2025 and we came up with a
      resolution wherein another company would repair the fan which seemed to be satisfactory to the customer.  Unfortunately, between her schedule and ours conflicting, it took longer to
      resolve this matter than either of us would have liked. We deeply regret that the customer was dissatisfied as that is not our usual practice.

      I contacted the contractor on May 8th and gave him several possible days that would work with my schedule.  He stated that he would call me the next week.  Still waiting to hear from him.  Will contact him again.
