I attended the school on *****2024. The director enrolled me and knew there was no instructor. I was told every week a nail instructor was coming. No one came so the esthetics teacher assisted with bookwork. After springboard* ***** *** 2024 there the director quit and the esthetics instructor didn't show up for class. The owners of the school only want money and do not care if we have a quality education or how the school is being operated. I paid $600 on ******* *** ** ******* the owners tell me they have no record of payment. Thank God I kept my receipt. I met with the new director on ****/24 and paid $100. The school demands money but we didn't learn anything. I refuse to pay any money when I didn't learn anything and teachers quit left anf right!.This is the worst experience ever and I regret enrolling into the school.

Thank you for reaching out regarding ***** ****'s complaint. We have thoroughly reviewed the details of her experience at our school.
We would like to clarify that ***** **** was provided with an $1800.00 discount in response to her concerns. Despite our efforts to address each issue raised, including meeting with her new director and confirming payments, she expressed an expectation to attend our school free of charge, which unfortunately was not feasible.
We remain committed to resolving complaints in a fair and timely manner, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
    Sincerely,

    Mary J***

    Business Response

    Date: 07/16/2024

    Dear Ms. *******
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Ms. ***** ****. We take all student feedback seriously and strive to address any concerns that arise. We would like to provide further clarification regarding Ms. ****'s complaint.

    Background and Response to Complaint

    Instructor and Administrative Support:
We are committed to providing quality education and support to all our students. Ms. **** has interacted with several members of our staff, including myself, Mr. Travis, and Ms. Kathy. We have consistently worked to address her concerns and ensure she receives the necessary instruction and support for her training.

    Kit and Financial Concerns:
Ms. **** raised concerns about the cost and quality of the kit provided. The kit included a variety of tools and supplies necessary for the Nail Technician program. While some items may appear similar to those available on ******, the kit was not. However, you never returned the kit at anytime.

    Tuition and Financial Assistance:
Ms. **** has received significant financial accommodations during her time with us. Our goal has always been to support our students financially where possible, but we must also ensure the viability of our institution. We have offered substantial discounts and payment plans to make the program accessible.

    Addressing Specific Claims:
Free Tuition: At no point did we indicate that free tuition was an option. We have, however, provided discounts and payment flexibility to assist Ms. ****.

    Kit Quality and Cost:

The kit provided is more comprehensive than a basic $20 kit available online. It includes tools and materials necessary for training and practice.

    Resolution Efforts and Commitment:
We have made numerous efforts to address Ms. ****'s concerns and provide her with the education and resources she needs to succeed. We believe that we have acted in good faith and within the regulations and standards of the cosmetology field.

    Conclusion:
While we understand Ms. ****'s frustration, we believe we have done everything within our means to support her educational journey. Our priority remains the well-being and success of our students, and we are committed to maintaining high standards in both education and student support.
We hope this letter provides clarity on our position and the efforts we have made to address Ms. ****'s concerns. We remain open to further discussion and resolution.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you require any additional information or clarification.

    Sincerely,
    Mary J**

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Mrs J** is a liar. She wasn't employed by the school until March. I enrolled in school February *******. The admin Brooke from the owners School came to visit our school in early March. Brooke advised the kit came from ******. Ms J** is covering up for Kathy and Travis and this is beyond unethical. The quality of the kit is poor. That is the exact Kit I received from Chyna. Ms J** did not provide me the kit because she wasn't employed at the time I enrolled in school.

The school expected payment and we never had a licensed instructor instructor in school. Why would I pay tuition and not learned the curriculum?

I want my full refund of my kit of $500 for wasting my time and money.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ****
