Were sorry for the frustrating experience the customer had with us and appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns.
Please note that we are also in receipt of the duplicate complaint that the customer filed with the *** on April 9 regarding this issue.According to Cox records, another technician has since visited the customer's home and made additional improvements to their TV and Internet setup.
If the customer still requires assistance or has questions about the information provided above, we ask that they return our specialists call at the phone number provided to them (via voicemail).
