            I bought a 20 gauge shotgun in August of 2020. I Tried to use it for the first time in September of 2020. It would not fire a single round. It had a broken firing pin. I returned to the store to get a different gun. I was told that I cannot get another gun. Then I was told it would be sent out to the manufacturer to be fixed. This was 9-17-2020. I have sent multiple emails with no response. The few times Ive made phone contact, they seem to not know where the gun is. Each time I talk to an actual person I complain that it shouldnt take more than a month to replace a firing pin. Then they tell me that I should call the manufacturer. I shouldnt, but did once. They said they cant find my firearm there at all. When I call ***** and tell them that information, they say they will check into it. Still never get a call back from them about where my gun is or if Im getting it back. Every time I call I get the run around. The owner is ***** Sysld. Claim check # is ****** Thank you.
