    Ordered a replacement part from this company for a towing machine that Ive used for years. When the replacement part arrived, the threads for the various bolts that were to be used were not drilled properly and would not fit. When I attempted to explain this to customer service, they insisted that I was doing something wrong instead of admitting they sent a defective product. As I continued to email, every email I sent asking for a refund was simply ignored. It took over three weeks to get them to send a return slip. The companys policy also states that Im responsible for shipping both times. Im basically paying 100 dollars for nothing. This company should be put out of business for such practices, and are essentially running a scam. DO NOT do business with them. Wouldnt let me leave zero stars.

    We are very sorry to hear the experience you had in regards to returning an item. If our product is defective, we always first offer ************ and we do not expect the customer to pay return shipping for the defective item. This was a mistake by our returns department and it has been addressed with them. A return tag will be emailed to you today and you will be refunded in full for your order.  

    Also, I apologize for slow responses around the Thanksgiving period, we had a spike in business and our resources were limited.

    It is unfortunate that we cannot undo the poor service you experienced but we will learn from it. We appreciate the feedback, it gives us the opportunity to improve both our product and our customer service.
