On 8/2/2019 the US Department of Justice (DOJ), District of Rhode Island, announced that the owner of CAT Auto, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Providence on a ten-count information that charges him with falsification of records, aggravated identity theft, five-counts of bank fraud, two-counts of wire fraud, and tax evasion.
