    I was researching meter companies ,to help with mailings I do for my business. I received a call from Quadient, who offered me a 12 month rental of a meter machine and was told all I had to do was connect the meter to my WIFI. After waiting 10 days to receive the meter ,I received it and attempted to connect it to my WIFI. My WIFI wouldn't connect to the meter. I contacted the company the following morning to ask for a return label. I was told I would be receiving a call back from a different department that would be able to assist me with this. I received a call that day from this different department. Again, I explained I was unable to connect to my WIFI and would like a return label so I can return their meter. I was told I would receive an email and must fill out their form and from there would have to wait **** weeks to receive a return label. This is a scam ,I just want to return the meter and be done with this company. I am hoping upon your due diligence looking into this company you can have them just send a return label . The company was trying to blame me for not being able to connect my WIFI,I told the person on the phone I tried and didn't have the time to stay on hold with their IT departments to spent my day trying to get something working that I was told you just plug the 1 connection into my WIFI modem .
