I called this place to have a diagnostic done to my car. I was told to bring my car in on Friday March 4th at 9am to have a diagnostic done. Upon arrival I was told the diagnostic should be done by 1pm the SAME day. 1pm comes still no call, I had to call them. When I called, they told me the diagnostic wasn't started yet because of an issue at the shop earlier and that h*** give me a call back before they close at 5pm and the diagnostic should be done. 4:55pm comes, still no call. So I call them AGAIN. A guy aswered saying the boss needed to step out and my diagnostic won't be done until tomorrow morning. I go to work until 1:30pm the next day Saturday March 5th, and still have not recieved a call. I called them at 1:30 March 5th and he told me hes missing something and the piece won't be in until Monday morning. He said he'll call me back in 20 minutes with pricing. 20 minutes passed, no call. So I call back only to not get an answer 3 times in a row. I check their website and it says they close at 12pm on Saturdays which makes no sense because I called at 1:30 and he answered plus he told me he'd call back in 20. With them being closed Sunday I was out of a car all weekend with my car not even touched yet. Monday morning March 7th comes and I call at 8am and tell them my car is being picked up I don't want them to touch it. He proceeds to tell me, "your car is dangerous to drive right now, the break line is broken and your car won't even start." NONE of these things were wrong with my car before I dropped it off. I needed a tuneup at most and my brake lights fixed. My mom and brother picked up my car to find smoke coming from it, ALL of my brake lights out now, and brake fluid leaking from my car which was NOT happening before I dropped it off and i'm not the only one it happened to. Majority are girls who they take advantage of and mess things up on their car on purpose to get more money out of them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATLEY!
