            BBB unable to locate business
            As an employee I have endured endless amounts of verbal abuse on top of me leaving the business December 8th 2021 for this same reason. I am Being ignored when contacting this past employer in regards to receiving my W2s and have yet to be responded to. I have no received my last pay check as well.

            I had a horrible experience, not only did they use the wrong size blade they also cut up his crotch then lied about it when confronted. I was also told the manager was going to groom my baby which she did not and when I went to pick him up he was half done. I even went as far as sending a picture of the damage they caused to my poor babies crotch which they had the nerve to say it did not happen there. I would have never in a million years bring my baby to the groomers with a cut up crotch. I could only imagine the pain and trauma he had to deal with and is still dealing with. This is awful and disgraceful.

            We appreciate the feedback but this customer was on 11/30/2021 which is 3 weeks prior to contacting us on 12/24/2021 our shop to say that this incident happened and when we asked the customer to either bring the pet in or we will contact the vet so the pet can go get checked and we get to the bottom of the situation to see what was going on with the pet, she then stop texting us that was that. The customer never called us or came in she texted us about the issue.
