    On 12/10 ****** told me he would call me back within 6 days to make an appointment which would be 12/16, but I had to pay invoice in full which I did on 12/10, I never heard back. On the 1/3 a few days after I filed a dispute for the charge I finally received an email. On 1/3 I finally heard back from ****** the owner saying the glass broke and the place to order is closed until 1/6. If ****** would have called and let me know prior to even making an appointment I would have understood but till today he is saying he will make the repair but do not believe the work will be done correctly or he will even keep his word. I am looking for a refund he is refusing to provide.
