5 starsRhode Island Restoration is an amazing company that truly cares about its customers! Their team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained the clean up process thoroughly. I've used other damage clean up companies in the past and had bad experiences. From now on, I'll call RI Restoration instead. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks, RI Restoration!

1 starThe absolute worst. Scam artists who took insurance money from us & still charged a ton more. 4 months later the nails they had hammered (to put up drywall) were through our copper ************ rusted & broke causing a huge leak in our ceiling and walls. They are very unprofessional when speaking with you as well. My basement is a mess now, they didnt even remove all the fixtures in order to remove asbestos tiles even though they charged my insurance company. Beware of this company.Rhode Island Restoration

5 starsThis is an excellent company. They bent over backward to help get my house repaired after we had water damage from a pipe burst that leaked from our second floor to the first floor. My house was a mess. Now it looks incredible! They also worked with my insurance company to make sure all the repairs outlined in the estimate were covered. 1 starLiars. Hired them to fix our issue. They didnt fix it and still want to charge ** all the money. Also forged our signatures on legal paperwork and didnt even spell our name right or copy our signatures correctlyRhode Island Restoration
