This conversation was held over the phone and was recorded.Breach of Agreement:To my dismay, the service provided by The Barrett Group significantly deviated from what ******* conveyed to me over the phone. This isn't just about a shift in my personal preferences or needs; it's a clear case of the promised service not matching what was delivered. I feel deceived, and I view this as deceptive business practices. As it stands, only 20% of the total service has been completed, yet I paid $12,750 for the full service.Unfair Retention of Payment:Despite only a fraction of the service being provided, The Barrett Group has retained the full payment. This is not only unfair but also reflects poorly on their business ethics and integrity. I had entered this agreement in good faith, and I believe that the onus is on The Barrett Group to rectify this situation.Request for Refund:I have communicated with ***** from The Barrett Group and reiterated my request for a full refund for the services that have not been utilized. I consider this request to be fair and in line with maintaining trust and integrity in business dealings. However, my concerns and requests seem to be taken lightly, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. It's been two weeks a no communication from the organization. They don't answer phone calls.
