    On July 21, 2022, I took my Rav 4 in for routine service. (As an aside, I have previously purchased a car at this dealership, but bought this one used, elsewhere.) On July, 22, I noticed that my license plate rims had been removed and replaced with ********************** Toyota rims without my knowledge or approval. I called the dealership on the 22nd to have my old rims replaced and ultimately spoke with the service manager. He acknowledged that I should have been informed of the switch, indicated that my rims had been thrown out, and agreed to reimburse me for new rims. He then said that he believed that Mr. ********************** would no longer want to service my vehicle. On July 28th, I brought the receipt ($14.42) for replacement rims to the dealership with a request for reimbursement and asked that it be given to the service manager who was not available at the time. I have not received reimbursement.On August 9, 2022, I sent a letter to Mr. ********************** to express my concern that a small matter had been escalated, asking for his attention and response. I have received no response. I am aware of the numerous customer service awards this dealership has received and I am at a loss to understand why I have received this treatment. It was unwarranted and inappropriate.I can absorb the small cost of license plate rims. I can find another dealership or other mechanic to service my car. But I cannot understand why I have been treated in this manner, nor do I want the practice and behavior to extend to others. Please advise as to any additional steps I can take to reach better resolution. (I do have a copy of the receipt on my phone, but have not been able to attach it. I can get assistance with this if necessary.)Thank you for your consideration and assistance.

    This business should be shut down. I was sold a 2019 Toyota Yaris sedan off a leasing line with no treads on the tires. The car hydro planed at 15 mph on a wet road and ran off the road into a barrier. I could have been killed. Both my insurance appraiser and body shop owner who is an expert and has been in the business for 45 years noticed that the car had been sold to me with no treads on the tires. Next, I received a recall notice from Toyota that there was a major defect in the fuel pump system and the car could stall unexpectedly. I was driving on a highway and the car engine shut off. I called the service department of this company and was informed that they refused to service my car and I could go never go there again. I asked why this was the case and was told it was a management decision. When I spoke with a manager, he threatened me, telling me he was going to call the police. This is outrageous. If you investigate this matter, they will just lie. This is a highly disreputable company. I would strongly recommend that you handle this matter as soon as possible.
