    Progressive Insurance Issued "44 AUTO CONCEPTS" a check for $13,798.59 to repair my vehicle on October 19th, 2023. The Owner "****** *********" from "44 AUTO CONCEPTS" stated parts were unavailable for several months, so the vehicle was sold AS/IS for a major loss with NO repairs done whatsoever. 44 AUTO CONCEPTS has not issued any payment to me thus far as of 2/5/2025, despite dozens of in person visits and phone calls from myself and others.FRAUD charges to be filed soon.

    Car came in, was on lift for 2 months, no parts available, national backorder of parts. Owner sold the car back to the dealer rather than wait. The Shop charged for the labor to take the car apart and put it together. Customer signed repair order that authorized 44 Auto to do the work. $$ Auto has nothing to do with rental car fees either. He will be getting a partial payment back after the company's accountant straightens everything out. Their accountant had some issue which caused a delay. Customer will have to come into the business and sign for it.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Hello, still NO response from ****** ********* from 44 AUTO CONCEPTS despite multiple attempts to contact them.
