May 15th, 2021 paid $3,745 to receive a behavioral change in my dog, she was there for 30 days to help with her separation anxiety, and other issues like loose leash training and no jumping on people. When she was given back to us on 7-11-21 she was totally different dog not in a good way, she scared of everything and is unsure of herself, which is worse than when we sent her in, they said she was going to get the best care and be able to show us that what they did worked. We didnt get any of that, she spent most of her time in a crate and only have around 15 mins of training time a day. She came home very lean at least 5lb less than when she went in, and has a possible UTI. Im just not happy with the service I was supposed to be getting and what I actually got. My dog doesnt seem like anything worked and all they did was have her play with other dogs and not actually work with her the proper way.

Some of the employees that work there day to day treat your dogs well. Except for one of them who was caught hitting dogs by multiple people and still till this day works there. The owner basically trains the dogs by scaring them. When your dog comes to this facility he or she is kenneled and treated like they are in jail. They only send you videos and pictures when it looks good. They don't show you what really goes on in there. He keeps these dogs which are called "pack" dogs. They live in a crate there whole life. Staff has tried to adopt them even the older ones and ***** the owner would rather watch them get old and be locked in a ****** verse letting them live there life out in a comfortable home. Do not bring your dog for day care. The owner does not believe in hugging, petting or even playing with your dog while they are here. They are shuffled from a kennel to the yard for 10 or 15 mins then back to there kennel to sit. If your dog gets sick or poops in kennel they will sit in it till there wiped down. But basically won't get a bath till you pick them up. I am an ex employee that was there for several months. I had to quit my job there as I am an animal lover and did not like how they were being treated. Please really think first before sending your dogs there for day care. I would call Rover first and have some else take care of ur fur babies.then let your dog get traumatized at the kennel. For the price you pay for day care and or training it's not worth it. ***** does solely for the money not for the care of your animal.
