    Horrible, Horrible!!!!!The Right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing. No communication amongst Veterinarians..They don't Listen to what you are saying....

    It is my obligation to warn all with the unfortunate circumstance of having to bring their loved ones to this hospital that there are problems in the general practice and standard procedures that this hospital exhibits that are completely unnecessary out of line with what one would expect.The only explanation I received from the Client ******, *********************, today after a lengthy conversation resulted in her telling me that according to their records, my fiance and I specifically denied the option to have ****** go through an initial X-Ray, which in no ways was true or even discussed after the first examination.My family will never be able to replace ******, but I am going to exhaust every ounce of energy and effort to have this hospital investigated, starting with a filed complaint to the ************************ and the ************ ********** of ******* as well as reaching out to local news outlets and public forums. This hospital functions as a business first and foremost, dictating its level of care by patient volume and Doctor availability. I hope my efforts will shed light on the situation occurring at this hospital, and encourage those with similar stories to reach out and make your voice, and voice of your loved pets be heard.

    So my dog needed a radiology test as recommended by my vet. Humans can go get the test, as per their doctor's ****** but OSVC forces you to get a whole new evaluation through their ***************************** I HAVE a superb vet!!! AND, they don't have anyone answering the phone in their ***************************** So you play phone tag endlessly. It's like they don't care if 'I' get in, as long as 'someone' gets in. It's like the old *********************** sketch on Saturday NIght Live when the phone industry was a monopoly. "We're the phone company, we don't have to care."

    If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the people who work there really care about your pets others are uncaring cold idiots. My pet looked worst after being discharged then she did when admitted and no one seemed to care. No way to speak to a vet to ask questions after spending thousands of dollars on hospital stay. They just don't care unless you haven't paid your ridiculously high bill yet. Stick with your own vet if possible because this place sucks!

    Horrible place took my 18 year old cat here the vet was rude treated us like c*** let my ******** suffer all night money hunger place all they care about is the money not your pet avoid this place

    Is there no Hippocratic oath for vets? The WORSE people and business model. $$$ is priority. They kept me on the ropes with conflicting information. Extended my dog's life and suffering unnecessarily as she showed no improvement. Seen by at least 3 vets with varying opinions as to diagnosis and possibility of recovery. Was told she may have had a stroke caused by suspected cancer. From the incident to her euthanasia she had No control of head, body, eyes, bodily functions, and had an obvious infected growth that was likely cancerous.... Yet continue to test? WHY?!! She's a senior boxer. They're prone to cancers. Pay first based on 'estimates' that are never reviewed. They should be ashamed but of course aren't.

    ********************************* refused to see my dog, after waiting a month to get an appointment. We were 3 min late, but within the 15 minute window that she deems acceptable. We went to the wrong door and because it takes time to look up patients etc, they sent me next door, to the Specialist Door. (I went into the Emergency door, as it is the only door I have ever gone to when going to ****. Even though I was at the correct business, but wrong door/wrong "side"- she refused to see me and help my dog. I asked to speak to her in person and she refused. Basically, ****************** needs to find other lines of work, as working with people and animals which requires empathy isn't suited for her.

    I'm sorry that we were not able to see you on your appointment day, but we do our best to stick to our appointment start times. I am empathetic to your frustration about waiting so long for your visit - we also are frustrated that we cannot see all of the cases on a more urgent basis. We had your appointment booked and confirmed at 9:45am, and our emergency room reception team checked you in after 10:00am, which was unfortunately over 15 minutes past when your appointment was supposed to begin. Without a phone call ahead of time so that we would know you were going to be late we had to move on to see our subsequent appointments. As we had a full day of appointments after you, we would not have been able to accomplish the goals of your visit without starting on time. I immediately called your primary care veterinarian to discuss with her what our plan was going to be for the appointment so that she could get started on some of the diagnostic testing before the next available referral appointment and she reached out to you to discuss pursuing some of these tests through her clinic. I had also spoken with our scheduling technician who tried to reach out to you that afternoon to see if we could squeeze you into a sooner appointment but have not yet heard back. If you do reschedule with me, I look forward to seeing ****** again, but if not I wish you the best with her care. *****************
