I have been a customer of ********************** Hill ****************************************************************** for 4 years. I bring my cat there and has always brought her there. I get vouchers through the state to help me pay for my companion animal. I called there one day to get a quote so that I could get a voucher for my cat to get looked at for a sprained or hurt leg. The people answering the phones we're very unprofessional and very rude. When I called back about getting the quote another woman came on the phone and told me that I was no longer being able to be seen by them nor my animals. I don't think I did anything wrong I might have been a little anxious or upset because my animal was hurting but I was not rude to the staff which they said I was and was told even I was rude to the manager but the manager was not working that day I just want people to know that be careful dealing with this vet they tend to be very simple-minded and can't communicate with the public. If this could be looked into that would be great. I do know that this company is not with the better Business bureau but I'm hoping if they get looked up they really see my comments.
