    ***** left several things incomplete on our project, cut off all communication, and refused to return any money for unfinished work. Anything that he had to purchase out of pocket was never purchased. He was supposed to purchase a new kitchen window and install it BEFORE my countertops and backsplash were installed and never did. Even the countertop installers were baffled that it wasn't done yet, but ***** just kept saying it would be fine. Needless to say it's been over a year since we've seen or spoken to ***** and still no window. He also never installed the tile in front of my sliding door, never reinstalled my new railings on my staircase after he had them dismantled, never put a vent for my microwave when he installed my kitchen cabinets making my microwave vent unusable since it vents directly into my new cabinets, never purchased or installed my front door, never purchased or installed a new sliding door, never installed the trim work around several areas of my kitchen, and he disposed of all my old appliances without our consent by throwing them in his dumpster. They were all still good and we could've sold them. We also paid for certain subcontractors that were originally included in his quote to us but we were never given credit for them.
