8/24/24 signed a contract for new Wood windows insides/composite wood outside, new gutters, new garage roof, closing up window with insulation/siding and repair/replace rotted wood shingle siding.**quality of work and treatment of windows is very poor (broke, scratched wood), the window that was closed up to a wall was done on the wrong window-lost original molding and the wall that was closed up was not done correctly. Venture Window broke contract and gave me 3 diamond grid windows that do not match the windows I purchased (different brand and all wood). Before signing contract and ordering windows, Venture said that all encasement windows could be wood and did not need new construction. Due to this and their pricing on the wood encasement windows I wanted (a third of all windows ordered) I choose them over Pella. After windows came in and were vinyl, they said well they would have had to do new construction to do all wood. This was very misleading-telling me I was getting one product for a price and then doing another both on encasements and diamond grids. They damaged fence, new facia on garage as well as inside molding. The materials used for wood shingle siding and gutters looks like left over scraps. Poorly installed and low quality material. I believe Venture broke contract and did not do quality work. I want either wood replacements, plus all damaged windows fixed, new seamless gutters, replaced fencing and inside drywall for window covered up or a proper refund. This is a scam to tell a customer who truly cares about the character of their house that they are getting one product and you give them another (and did such poor quality works)

We are a bit surprised by this complaint. You were very complimentary during the installation, which was supervised by one of the owners - **** *****. He already discussed most of these issues and you were satisfied enough to make an almost full payment, leaving about 10% pending completion.

The casement windows we installed are wood windows and the interior comes pre-finished with ****************** proprietary paint to protect them from the rain if left open. The small windows with diamond grids were not available from ******** and we substituted another custom wood window from Trimline. We understood from our salesman *** (who is no longer employed by us) that he discussed this with you. We apologize if that was not done.

Some of the ******** windows had imperfections, and we had a *** from ******** come out to look. He ordered ***lacement parts, and subsequently told us he was finally able to arrange a time with you to come install them. We installed all first quality siding & seamless gutters, which were installed in a professional manner. The work was inspected by **** and met industry standards. There was a mishap with closing off the wrong window, and we apologize for that. The correct window was eventually closed off and the first window re-installed.

Given the circumstances, we are willing to make a billing adjustment for the inconvenience. Please call **** at the office to discuss the particulars.
