    I have a service contract on 4 houses. I have been calling for service for 2 months and no one calls back or answers the phone.

    I contracted this company to replace an outside Air Conditioning unit. The total price was $4500 and was paid in full. I submitted a warrant claim for the job and was reimbursed $2250 from our warranty company. When I asked why the payment to us was so low we were told that United Mechanical charged us 2x the retail price for the unit (not cool at all). they charged us $2995 for a retail priced product that was $1600. When I called them on this they looked into it and said if they found that were the case that they would be refunding me back the money. Trying to be fair I had asked for a refund of $1000 and told them to keep the remaining overcharged amount. After having to keep asking them for the refund the office manager (***************************) told me the check was in the mail. Copy attached.. That was on 9/20/22 (I have email backup). Further attempts to inquire about the status of the refund have been ignored.
