    We have been getting Oil deliveries from this company for many years. i would NOT recommend them for anything. I had them service my furnace. The first time they were scheduled to come they did not show up. when we called to ask why we were told they we there. Which is not true as i work from home. My doorbell did not ring and my dog did not bark. we made another appointment for a month later. After they cleaned my furnaces my tenants heat was not working. The technician came and replaced the nozzle he put on. He said it was defective. Called again as i noticed near where the filter is the 1st floor was leaking oil. Technician came out after i was yelled at by the owner again. The Technician tightened a bolt and told me to watch to see if it is still leaking. A couple of days later my tenants heat was not working again. The Owner told us to find someone else he is not sending someone to. If there is an issue the Owner is very un-professional, he yells, talks over you and does not want to listen to what the issue is. He will insist that it was nothing his technician did even after the technician comes back and fixes the issue. He will not send someone out until you agree to pay for the trip if the technician tells him, it has nothing to do with the service they provided. So, I guess I am going to small claims court as I paid $400 to have my 2 furnaces cleaned and now, I have to pay for their mistakes.
