    1-**************************** Ive Ever Dealt With Ordered an AC compressor from TascaParts.com (Order #*******) and received a damaged unit. I contacted customer service right away and returned it the same day they sent the label. Thats where everything went downhill.For over two weeks, I kept being fed the same BS line: Itll ship today or tomorrow. I followed up constantly, and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The guy I dealt with mostTony Georgewas absolutely useless. Zero accountability, no follow-through, just constant stalling.After almost a month of being jerked around, I finally said I wanted a refund. **** told me it was processed but of course, it wasnt. Had to chase them down for another three days just to get a refund email. At that point, I had enough.Tasca Parts is a joke. Their customer service is a disaster, their staff is incompetent, and the whole experience was a waste of time. If you value your money, time, or sanity , go somewhere else. Ill never order from them again, and Ill make sure everyone I know avoids them too.

    Awesome service. I found the part I just needed for my car. **************** was awesome; they even double-checked what I order against the ************ of my car, and helped me adjust my order with the right part. I highly recommend this business. Thanks!

    This company sent me the wrong part and expected me to pay to ship the wrong part back to them. I was extremely careful to chat online with a representative to determine the part I needed. The wrong part was sent to me. Did Tasca Parts take responsibility for the error? No. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping even thought their policy clearly states the following: "Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or TascaParts.com error." I have sent several emails for 5 weeks with no response. I tracked down a phone number, spoke to an employee who put me through to a voice mail with the promise, "This person returns voicemails. She will return your call." I received no return phone call. Online chat has not authority to uphold the policy. They just simply place the blame on the customer. Ordering from ******************** was a big mistake.

    Their website fools you in to thinking they have the part you need. But after purchasing said part, you get notified it's a "special order" part and that they have to order it for you. The promised time frame (which made me purchase part) is not honored at all. There are 100s of other reviews and experiences similar to mine and I don't think it's right when they're messing with people's transportation for work and life.

    They are a legitimate scam! After reading through the reviews I wish I could have not been so compulsive with ordering with them. My experience lines up with the rest, #1 part actually not in stock #2"special order status" is obviously their scam.#3 zero avenue for communication #4 zero communication via email and business phone number # and of course the impossible task of cancelation with them . Amazing how they are still operating after the reviews I read and my own experience

    Placed an order with this company 3 weeks ago and paid immediately. Order was canceled when company could not supply one part. New order was started for remainder of parts and was paid for immediately. Second order was canceled when second part could not be supplied. New order was started for remainder of parts and immediately paid for. Ten days have now passed and nothing has been shipped. Three emails and one live chat have gone unanswered. Company still has my money and I am now a month behind to start repairs on my vehicle.BEST TO AVOID THIS COMPANY

    I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. Ended up returning two parts from my original order that were for my Focus RS, since one part kept arriving damaged (bent). After the first delivery, this company didn't bother to improve their packaging for future replacements. Terrible shipping department and almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. No phone numbers or department contacts, just a general information email address. Sure the prices this company offers are more affordable than other sites, but at the end of the day with the famous saying, you get what you pay for for, and you literally get what you pay for! If you are looking for OEM replacement parts, just go to your local dealership and ask if they can get the part you need. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

    Ordered parts from them. Took payment from my card. Emailed me back saying parts were being ordered from **** and would take 3-5 days after which time they would ship. Its been well past the 3-5 day period. I have tried live chat which only really lets you leave a message, email and im through ******** multiple times. No response. Phone number says that parts professionals are unable to take calls. This company is a scam with sporadic to no communication. Theyll take your money. Good luck getting your parts. Then they have to be ***** to add a handling fee on top of shipping. Ill be doing a credit card chargeback on this transaction.

    I have been trying to get an RMA number from ***************************** at TASCA Parts company to be able to return an order that was of very poor quality and did not fit my car correctly, even when I supplied my VIN. This has been going on for a week with the same "form responses" that i receive....the phone numbers are not working along with the so called "live chats"......ABSOLUTLEY the WORST "customer service" that I have ever dealt with. NEVER do business with them!!! They put you off on returns so the return time runs out. If there was a minus star rating that would be more a appropriate rating.
