    Phase 2 of my bathroom model has been completed, and the finished product (2 baths) is gorgeous, and just what I had envisioned. Unfortunately the appointment for the installation of the flooring for the second bathroom and completion of the drywall in the Master bath (Wednesday, 9/14) was removed from the schedule, so on the day I expected this to be completed, *** was only prepared to remedy an issue with the vanity in the Master bath. Fortunately his schedule was clear, so he was able to start the flooring the next day, and was scheduled to complete it on Friday. I was advised early Friday morning that he had been called to another job, but would still complete my project. Late on Friday afternoon I contacted *** and we rescheduled to have everything completed on Saturday. *** was very professional, polite, and efficient. The job he did was excellent, and he certainly went "above and beyond" to be sure I (the customer) was satisfied. As mentioned in my first review, I would have liked to have an itemized invoice, as I do not know how much flooring was purchased and/or used. Also, I have been unable to obtain care instructions for the flooring, and I do not know the name of the product so I am unable to even ****** to obtain the information.Again, *** was an excellent worker, and I would not hesitate to use Atlas Home Improvement again, but it is was frustrating that due to scheduling (removal of the appointment then over-scheduling) a one day job took 4 days.
