Late Cancellation & No Show PolicyAny Appointment Booked With A customer Needs to be Confirmed By Bossladylashh. If for any reason u can not make it to ur booked appointment. You have to call to Cancel within 24 hrs. Or you will have to pay a cancellation Fee. If you are a no show no call you will be charged for whatever service you booked for. When ur booking is confirmed we can not give that appointment to anyone else. The appointment could of been giving to a customer who would of came & it leaves a whole in the day… we have to wait around til our next booked appointment comes.
