I purchased the cabinets from Coventry Lumber at the beginning of the year, due to Covid I received them recently and was excited to finally receive them. Unfortunately, they did not come to me as I hoped the paint and shape I received them was not up to par at all. And have been in contact with Coventry Lumber trying to resolve these cabinets that were delivered to me, I have sent pictures of these cabinets and this idea about using my warranty to fix the issue is not sitting well with me. A warranty in my eyes is for something you received in great shape and somewhere in the future you something goes wrong you can use a warranty. I was not aware of this from the beginning or I would not have purchased your cabinets. I was told you was a high end cabinet maker an that was what I thought we would receive. I received a wine cabinet which the paint was not good on the cabinet at all and there was a chip on the side the door on it had chips. I also received a lower cabinet with a the door had a chip the paint had shadows on it and a few chips on the side. I asked for a new complete set and not to use my warranty which should start when I get the new merchandise not from the start of this one. I should be able to be refunded fully and you get your stuff back so I can more on to find a cabinet person that can met my needs. Thank you for your help. I was told by Coventry Lumber they needed to contact the cabinet places , I bought my cabinets through Coventry Lumber and should be refund by Coventry Lumber not the cabinet place. I added a few of the pI want my refund asap.
