    Purchase on 11/20/24- I was told by the owners daughter there was a thirty day return policy. On 11/28/24 was the first time I used the leaf blower and found I did not like it because I did not care for the battery life or the fact that it was very cumbersome and uncomfortable to use with my health issues. After finding my disgust with the product, I called ***** and asked if I still had 30 days to return it and I was told yes. 11/29/24 , I went to the store to return it and was told, THEN, by another employee that it could not be returned because the return policy was only 7 days and the 7 day policy was not S& T policy, but the manufacturer, *****, policy. I contacted ***** and they assured me it is not their policy! I returned to S&T Hardware spoke to the owner who stated I am not doing anything until I hear from ***** I have been in contact with Stihl multiple times over this matter and they have not contacted me in almost 3 months now. I would like the product out of my house and refunded my money. The stress of this is affecting my health, and need resolve. Warmest regards.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.I talked to the owner a few weeks before contacting BBB he told me that that was his daughter that sold the product dont know why she would say I had 30 days to return it  which is what she told me. When I talk to the owner a week or so later he said he was going to wait for Stihl to resolve . With numerous calls to Stihl the latest being the week of 2/10 all I get from Stihl is they see Ive been calling for 2 months they say theyll send it as priority for 2months I think if it was priority Id hear form them by now. Maybe you could get a hold of Stihl find out why they wont  respond to me. Thank you for your help ****** *****  **********************************
